Because our platform provides digital services with instant delivery, all purchases — including subscriptions and one-time edits — are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that issues can happen and are here to assist if something goes wrong.

No Automatic Refunds

Due to the nature of instant, prompt-based image generation, we do not offer automatic refunds once:

An image has been generated or edited
A subscription period has begun and features have been accessed

Refunds May Be Issued If:

We may issue a refund or credit only under these specific conditions:

You were charged multiple times for the same plan or image
A technical error prevented image generation, and we are unable to successfully reprocess it
The AI-generated result was completely broken, blank, or failed, and multiple retry attempts didn’t work
A subscription was auto-renewed by mistake, and you reach out within 3 days of the charge without using the service during the new cycle

Refunds Are Not Provided For:

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

You changed your mind after subscribing or making a purchase
Dissatisfaction with the style, quality, or interpretation of your input prompt (unless output is clearly broken)
Partial or full usage of your monthly subscription quota
Downloaded or saved images that you later decide to cancel
Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle (access continues until the end of the billing period)
